Profile of the Members

The members of the CVMACTS are mostly hails from
a small and marginal income groups engaging in
occupations as daily wage earners in unorganized sectors, construction sites, housekeepers in shopping complexes,
mall and factories, domestic maid servants etc. whereas
some of them are engaged in petty business such as
General stores, tailoring etc.

Management

The society is running on rental premises at # 5-5-846/14, Jahangir Nagar Colony, Chintalkunta Check Post, L. B. Nagar, Saroornagar Mandal, and Hyderabad – 500074. The society office run on all official working days, the office opens at 10.30 am to 1.00 PM and 3.00 PM to 5.00 pm and allows savings and loan payment, loan application, loan sanctioning etc., transactions on regular basis.
 
The society deployed four member staff including one field staff, one office assistant. The accountant manages all accounts transactions on day to day basis and does internal auditing on quarterly basis. The annual accounts are audited by registered Chartered Accountant M/S Sivakrishna& Narayana, appointed by the society. The Office Assistant supports the members in the society transactions and field worker support the members and groups in the field.
 
The society has 11 Board of Directors who are elected among the members of the society. The Board meets on monthly basis on stipulated date and time and review the monthly progress of society and subsequently plan for next month. However, the board meets on a monthly basis the board members are always available and provide their time for day to basis whenever it requires.

Future Plans of Society

The society meets all institutional and legal formalities prescribed in the byelaws as per the Act. The society organises every year Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) and review the progress of the society and plan for of the next year. The society as following future plan in coming 5 years:
