Brief History

From 93 to 2000 women, CVMACTS empowers marginalized lives through savings, credit, dignity,
and sustainable opportunities
for lasting social transformation.

The initiatives of organizing the poor and marginalized women especially the women of migrant families to the Hyderabad has started by CONARE in the year 2006 since then it has gradually emerged as a Thrift and Saving group and got registered as “Chaitanya Vikas Mutually Aided Cooperative Thrift Society” with a registration no. AMC/DCO/RR/11/2007.The initial start of 93 of the women as a group now emerged as a group of 2000 active women members. The main objectives are: 

To inculcate savings habit among the marginalised women’s and therefore encouraging internal credit to needy members.

To provide credit support for livelihood activities therefore bring the financial empowerment among the women members.

To increase the dignity of marginalised women through financial and social empowerment measures.

Driven by member savings, transparent policies, strong
governance, and sustainable practices, CVMACTS ensures
resilience, empowerment, and collective growth.
